PGTracker is an independently operated platform currently in development in India that helps users connect with PG owners/managers.
1. What We Do
PGTracker helps you discover PG accommodations and connects you with relevant property owners based on your preferences.
2. Our Role
We act only as a platform to connect users and PG owners. We are not a landlord, broker, or part of any rental agreement.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying property details, visiting the location, and making informed decisions before any payment or agreement.
4. Communication Consent
By submitting your details, you agree to be contacted by PGTracker and relevant PG owners via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
5. Payments
PGTracker does not handle rent, deposits, or payments. All transactions happen directly between you and the PG owner/manager.
6. Limitation of Liability
PGTracker is not responsible for any issues, disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users and PG owners.
7. Fair Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or use the service for unlawful activities.
8. Updates
These terms may change as we improve the platform. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
