Do you charge for every resident?

The plan follows operating scale — how many properties and beds you run. A new resident does not raise the subscription. You upgrade when you need more beds or another property.

What do I get before I pay?

Free is ₹0 a month for 1 property and up to 30 beds. You get today's priorities, occupancy, who still owes rent, and WhatsApp reminder drafts you review before sending. No credit card.

What does Founding Customer Pricing lock?

Grow (₹399), Pro (₹799), and Business (₹1,499) launch rates stay the same for 12 months from the day that plan is activated. After those 12 months, renewal uses the price in effect then.

Do these prices include GST?

Paid prices on this page exclude GST. At checkout, your billing state decides CGST + SGST or IGST.

Can I upgrade or cancel?

Yes. Start free and upgrade when the PG grows. There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel anytime. You can export your data if you leave.

Which plan covers more than one property?

Free and Grow each include 1 property (up to 30 and 75 beds). Pro includes up to 3 properties and 200 beds. Business includes up to 10 properties and 1,000 beds. Enterprise, above that, is scoped with sales.

How do rent reminders work?

PGTracker prepares a reminder with the amount due. You review the draft, then send it yourself on WhatsApp.

Where does the ₹20,000 figure come from?

It's an illustrative example based on a vacant bed generating roughly ₹7,000–₹12,000 in monthly rent. A bed that remains empty for two to three months can therefore represent ₹14,000–₹36,000 in missed revenue. The ₹20,000 figure sits inside that range — it is not a guaranteed or typical loss. Actual impact depends on your bed rate and operating costs.
